How quickly can a print courier collect?

Typically within 30 to 60 minutes of booking, anywhere in the UK, 24 hours a day. We give you an arrival time when you book.

Can the driver wait until the job is finished?

Yes. The driver can wait at the press while the job is finished and packed, then leave straight away. Up to 30 minutes' waiting is included in your quote; anything over 30 minutes is charged, and we tell you the cost before it applies.

Can you deliver direct to my customer?

Yes. We deliver straight to your customer's address and email you proof of delivery within minutes.

Can I book a print courier in advance?

Yes. You can book up to 30 days ahead, or set up regular contract runs for scheduled work.

Which vehicle do I need for my pallets?

Tell us the number of pallets and their size and weight when you book, and we'll match the vehicle, from a Luton van with a tail lift to a 26-tonne lorry.

Can one job include several collections or drops?

Yes. One vehicle can collect from several sites or deliver to several stores or customers on a planned route.

How do you keep print from getting damaged?

Print travels in one vehicle with no depot handling. Drivers load it flat, keep it dry and never stack it under other goods.

Are print jobs insured in transit?

Yes. Every job includes goods in transit insurance: £2,000 cover is included, and higher cover up to £250,000 is available for a small extra charge, shown in your quote.

Yes. Printers who book regularly can set up a courier contract for a dedicated account manager, discounted rates and 30-day payment terms.
