AOG explained
Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Courier Service
AOG stands for aircraft on ground: an aircraft that can't fly until a part is replaced. Every hour it stays grounded means delayed or cancelled flights, crew and passengers to rehouse, and knock-on disruption across the schedule. An AOG courier service exists to close that gap as fast as possible.
Our in-house AOG specialists treat every aircraft-on-ground booking as an emergency. We allocate a dedicated vehicle the moment you call, collect from your stores, supplier or another base, and drive the part directly to the aircraft's location. Because the vehicle carries only your consignment, nothing waits at a depot and nothing gets re-handled on the way.
- Dedicated vehicle: your part only, no other loads, no extra stops
- Direct route: collection to airport, hangar or MRO without a depot
- Paperwork travels with the part: any release certificates and documents you provide stay with the consignment
- Proof of delivery: emailed as soon as the part is handed over
