Do you offer refrigerated vehicles?

Yes. Refrigerated vehicles are available on request for chilled and frozen goods. Fewer are available, so book in advance and tell us the temperature your goods need when you book.

How much loading time is included?

Up to 30 minutes of loading and waiting time is included, collection and delivery combined. After that, waiting is charged, and we tell you the cost before it applies.

Can you deliver to several sites in one run?

Yes. Our multi-drop service collects once and delivers to several sites or customers on one planned route, with proof of delivery at each stop.

What vehicles can you provide?

Everything from small vans to 26-tonne lorries, with tail-lift and curtain-side options. We match the vehicle to the size and weight of your load.

Do you offer discounts for regular food deliveries?

Yes. Business accounts get discounted rates based on your volumes. You can also book one-off jobs without an account.

Are my goods insured?

Yes. Every job includes goods in transit insurance: £2,000 cover is included, and higher cover up to £250,000 is available for a small extra charge, shown in your quote.

Do you deliver takeaway or grocery orders to homes?

No. We work for food and drink businesses, delivering to their sites, customers and events, rather than takeaway or grocery orders.
