Up to 30 minutes' waiting is included, and any extra waiting is agreed in your quote, so there are no surprises.

How quickly can a film courier collect?

Yes. The driver can wait on set or at the unit base and take kit back or on to the next location the same day. Up to 30 minutes' waiting is included in your quote; anything over 30 minutes is charged, and we tell you the cost before it applies.

How do you handle rushes and hard drives?

Drives travel hand to hand in one vehicle, from a named person on set to a named person at the edit, with no depot stops. You get signed proof of delivery by email.

Can you send several vehicles for a production move?

Yes. For large moves or a full wrap, we put several vehicles and drivers on the same job, timed to your call sheet.

Do you return kit to hire houses?

Yes. We collect kit at wrap and return it to the hire house the same day, so you stop paying hire as soon as possible.

Is production equipment insured?

Yes. Every job includes goods in transit insurance: £2,000 cover is included, and higher cover up to £250,000 is available for a small extra charge, shown in your quote.

Can you deliver to shoots in Europe?

Yes. Our European courier service collects in the UK and delivers direct to shoots and festivals across Europe.

Do I need an account to book?

No. One-off jobs don't need an account. Productions and hire houses that book regularly can open an account for a dedicated account manager and discounted rates.
