Same Day Exhibition and Event Courier

Exhibitions, conferences and product launches have strict build-up and breakdown times, and venues often give you a single delivery slot. Our same day exhibition and event courier service works to those slots, as part of your event production and logistics plan. We collect stands, displays, AV kit and printed materials from your office, warehouse or printer and deliver straight to the hall, so everything arrives before the build starts.

Our event couriers also handle the last-minute jobs: a banner left behind, extra brochures for day two, or a replacement screen when one fails. After the show, the same vehicle can bring everything back.

How quickly can a media courier collect?

Typically within 30 to 60 minutes of booking, anywhere in the UK, 24 hours a day.

Can you deliver to an exhibition venue at a set time?

Yes. Tell us your venue delivery slot or build-up window and we'll book the delivery to that time. Our drivers are used to loading bays, delivery passes and venue rules.

Can the driver wait during an event?

Yes. The driver can wait on site and bring kit back after the event. Up to 30 minutes' waiting is included in your quote; anything over 30 minutes is charged, and we tell you the cost before it applies.

Can you collect our stand after the exhibition?

Yes. Book a return collection at breakdown and we'll bring everything back to your office, warehouse or store.

Can you send several vehicles for one event?

Yes. For large events and productions, we put several vehicles and drivers on the same job, timed to arrive together or in sequence.

Do you deliver musical instruments and AV equipment?

Yes. We move instruments, backline, screens and broadcast kit in a dedicated vehicle, so nothing is handled by a depot or loaded with other goods.

Do you work weekends and evenings?

Yes. Our event courier service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including the late nights and weekends when most builds and breakdowns happen.

Is high-value equipment insured?

Yes. Every job includes goods in transit insurance: £2,000 cover is included, and higher cover up to £250,000 is available for a small extra charge, shown in your quote.

Do I get proof of delivery?

Yes. The recipient signs on handover and we email proof of delivery as soon as the job is complete. Account customers get a dedicated account manager and discounted rates.
