Our pallet courier service works like every NCD job: one vehicle and one driver for your consignment. We book same day pallet collection from your site, load only your pallets, strap them securely and drive straight to the delivery address. Nothing goes through a depot or onto another lorry, so urgent pallet delivery arrives the same day and in the same condition it left.

How Much Does Pallet Delivery Cost?
Same day pallet delivery prices depend on four things. You get a fixed price before you book:
- Vehicle: the smallest vehicle that carries your pallets safely
- Distance: the miles from collection to delivery
- Timing: ASAP, a set time, evenings or weekends
- Extras: tail lift, waiting time or extra drops
London Congestion Charge and ULEZ costs, where they apply, are included in your quote. Regular senders get account rates.

Pallet Courier or Pallet Network?
Pallet networks move palletised freight through regional hubs, shared with other customers. A dedicated palletised courier takes your pallets straight there.

How quickly can you collect a pallet?
Typically within 60 minutes of booking. In remote areas we'll confirm the collection time when you book.
How many pallets can you deliver at once?
From a single pallet in a small van to 18 pallets on a 26-tonne lorry. Tell us how many you have and we'll match the vehicle.
What pallet sizes and weights can you take?
UK standard (1200 × 1000 mm), Euro (1200 × 800 mm), half and quarter pallets. Give us the size and weight when you book.
Do I need a forklift?
Not if you book a tail-lift vehicle: the tail lift lowers the pallet to the ground. For curtain-side lorries, a forklift is needed at collection and delivery.
How much does pallet delivery cost?
It depends on the vehicle, distance, timing and any extras such as a tail lift. We confirm a fixed price before you book.
Is a pallet courier more expensive than a pallet network?
Usually, yes, because the whole vehicle is yours. If the pallet can wait two or three days, a network is cheaper. If it has to arrive today, or can't risk extra handling, a dedicated pallet courier is the better choice.
Do you offer next day pallet delivery?
Yes. We can collect today and deliver first thing tomorrow on a dedicated overnight run. See our time critical courier service.
Can you deliver to a distribution centre booking slot?
Yes. Give us the slot time and booking reference when you book and we'll plan the collection around it.
Can you deliver pallets outside London?
Yes. We deliver pallets between any two business addresses in England, Scotland and Wales, in Northern Ireland when booked in advance, and direct into Europe.
Are pallets insured?
Yes. Every job includes goods in transit insurance: £2,000 cover is included, and higher cover up to £250,000 is available for a small extra charge, shown in your quote.

Yes. Daily or weekly pallet runs can be set up on a business account. See our contract courier services.
